The Customer is required to carefully read the following information about Privacy Protection Law: the laws regulating the Privacy Policy of the WebSite are enforced whenever a Customer accesses the WebSite and decides to browse its pages and to use the offered services, regardless of the purchase of Product(s). PIZZA GENUINA ‘s Privacy Policy is in compliance with the regulation as per art. 13 del D. Lgs. 196/2003 (Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003), named “Codice in materia di trattamento dei dati personali” (Italian Personal Data Protection Code) regarding users accessing the WebSite and interacting with web services offered by PIZZA GENUINA.

PIZZA GENUINA informs all Customers that the WebSite contains links to other websites, that might have no connection with the present WebSite; furthermore PIZZA GENUINA specifies that the present Terms and Conditions are exclusively in force for this WebSite and not for other websites that the Customer might visit through the links managed by other owners; PIZZA GENUINA does not carry out any check or monitoring. PIZZA GENUINA declines any responsibility in case of mistakes, contents, cookies, publications displaying immoral or illegal contents, advertising, banners of files which are not in compliance with laws in force and to the Privacy Protection on websites not managed by PIZZA GENUINA.

Browsing the WebSite
The actions made by the Customer surfing the WebSite are recorded and managed by Google Analytics, a service offered by Google that allows PIZZA GENUINA to track electronic data through cookies, that is text files recorded in the Customer’s Personal Computer and recognized whenever the Customer accesses on the PIZZA GENUINA’s WebSite.
Google could transfer these information to third parties in the case it is imposed by the law or in the case it deals with subjects that manage these information on behalf of Google. Google however declares that will never link the Customer’s IP Address to any other information owned by Google.
If the Customer wants to prevent his/her data from being used by Google Analytics, the Customer can disable the use of cookies downloading the free Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Newsletter
In case the Custumer decides to be informed through the Newsletter, PIZZA GENUINA reserves the right to use the Customer’s email address to occasionally send commercial communications and to keep the Customer informed about the company’s activities.
The Newsletter will be managed by MailChimp and the email address will be registered in the MailChimp server and in the company backups.
The Custumer can decide, whenever he wants, to cancel his/her email address from the Newsletter following the indications on the link at the bottom of very recived message.
